The Foundation

The Stone Development Foundation (TSDF) is a Faith-based Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), an affiliate of the Word Alive Ministry International. TSDF was set up to enhance the quality for the vulnerable people in the society by making healthcare and education easily accessible and affordable to them.

The Foundation was established in March 2019 by the Senior Pastor, Arch. Alex Adegboye, who is the President of the Word Alive Ministries International (WAMI). In June 2019, the Foundation became fully operational. Currently the Foundation is registered both in the US and Nigeria.

Meet the Team

Board of Directors

A chartered architect by profession and a pastor by calling, Pastor Alex Adegboye founded The Word Alive Ministries International a.k.a. The Stone Church in April 1993. He gave his life to Christ in 1979 while studying for his degree in Architecture at the University of Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria.

As part of its social impacts, The Stone Church established a vocational school (The Stone Technical College) as well as a modern clinic (The Stone Clinic). The clinic avails members of the church the opportunity to receive free medical attention and treatment while the vocational school emphasizes low-cost, hands-on training of relevant vocational skills necessary for societal development.
